Halen Môn’s Smoky BBQ Ketchup
Pant Mawr Cheese’s Mature Cerwyn
- 1 of your favourite bread rolls
- 1tbsp Welshman's Caviar
- 1tsp Welsh Sea Black Butter (or any quality Welsh butter)
- 50g Mature Cheddar, grated
- 1/2 tin of beans
- 1tsp Ketchup
- Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
In a saucepan, heat your beans over a gentle heat, adding your Worcestershire sauce and ketchup of choice. We’d highly recommend a dash of Halen Môn’s Smoky BBQ Ketchup for a real depth of flavour. Allow to thicken and season to taste.
Slice your roll in half and toast gently. Once toasted, spread a generous amount of butter on both sides, preferably Welsh Sea Black Butter, but a quality Welsh butter would do the trick.
Add your bean mixture, cover in grated cheese and place under the grill until you’re left with a wonderful, gooey topping!
Finish with a generous sprinkling of Welshman’s Caviar and enjoy!
