Seasoning, dipping and Stir-fry Sauce. Not a fiery "hot" sauce but it has a very good kick. Made with pineapple and tomatoes to give a sweet fruitiness that balances out with sour and spice. Add it to any dish to add a great flavour dimension.

We are producers of premium, authentic, restaurant quality Thai sauces, marinades and pastes. Preechaya, who was the head chef in our award-winning restaurant in Abersoch for 10 years and creator of all sauces, has been taught a wealth of knowledge by her Mum who was herself a cookery teacher in Thai schools for most of her career, as well as running her own restaurants. The huge success of the restaurant prompted us to start the sauce side of the business in 2013 and we bottle the most popular restaurant dishes so they can be replicated at home.
