Called Pad Prig Pao in Thailand, this stir-fry sauce made with toasted chilli, garlic, basil and green peppercorns has a medium spicy kick to it. Giving you the 4 dimensions of Thai food with the balance of chilli, sweet, sour and saltiness. It's great with steak or king prawns but also works really well with chicken and pork. We also think it's great as a marinade for grilled meat.

This sauce has also won a Great Taste Award!

Preechaya, who was the head chef in our award-winning restaurant in Abersoch for 10 years and creator of all sauces, has been taught a wealth of knowledge by her Mum who was herself a cookery teacher in Thai schools for most of her career, as well as running her own restaurants. The huge success of the restaurant prompted us to start the sauce side of the business in 2013 and we bottle the most popular restaurant dishes so they can be replicated at home.
